I picked up on my landline and it showed a "local number" like the one above. There was an automated message saying my Amazon subscription had ended and I owed £95. Thing is, I hardly ever use my landline. Plus, my subscription is still active and won't expire for months. When I tried calling the number back from my mobile, it just gave a beep sound. Sounds like some scammer messing about with fake local numbers. They wanted me to press 1 if I had questions, but I didn’t bother.
