I'm based in Felixstowe where the area code is 01394. I got a call from the number above, with someone saying they were from the charity section of Great Ormond Street Hospital. They wanted me to commit to donating £5 a month, but I said no straight away because although they used a local number, they sounded like they were from Newcastle. After that, I rang the official charity number, but they couldn't say if that local office really existed. I gave them the number that called me, and they said they'd check it out. By the way, the person who called had a very strong Geordie accent.
