Absolutely, I had an experience with this number that left me quite baffled. They contacted me, assuring me of a refund, but before I knew it, my money had disappeared. Just like that, there was silence on the line. Shortly after, another number - 01482904071 - rang me up, claiming to be affiliated with the same organisation. Quite the dodgy situation, if you ask me!

I picked up my work phone, said my company name like usual, and as soon as I did, the call just got cut off. Very odd!

Totally spam, called up saying I might have a ‘cheque’ from PPI or something, which I absolutely don’t. They tried getting me to confirm all my details. Don’t hand over any info to them!

I'm starting to suspect that I might be getting pulled into a scam here. A bloke named "Charlie" keeps ringing me up, and while he hasn’t yet asked for any bank details or requested a payment, he seems quite persistent. The deal involves having £6,500 in an account, with a hefty fee of £400 on top. I looked into MY FINANCIAL CLAIMS LTD - their company number is 09800054 - but it appears they're heading for liquidation and have no real history to speak of. Just a heads-up for anyone else who might be dealing with this!

It’s just another claims management call - pure spam. Just block them and move on.

I got a few calls from them, all blocked numbers, even on a Saturday which was a bit odd. I still have no clue who they actually are, but they’re definitely persistent.

It's a bit of a déjà vu, to be honest - a similar story to what many have shared before. This time, it's a claims outfit claiming they’ve struck a deal for a PPI refund inclusive of interest, totalling a whopping £4344.00. Their cut, a legal fee of around £345, supposedly. They mentioned 'GE', a name that holds no relevance for me as I've never interacted with them. What I found rather suspicious was their request for an email address to send across some information and the claim forms. So far, I haven't received any correspondence and I doubt I will. I’m firmly convinced this is a dodgy scheme and will keep an eye out for any demands for payment before they release any funds. Just a word of caution for everyone - stay vigilant!

I received a call from someone with a pronounced accent, likely from Asia or Africa. They insisted that I had taken out a £7,000 loan with Nationwide back in 2004 and mentioned that I was entitled to some PPI compensation. The truth is, I've never had such a loan! The caller even went as far as saying it could have been through their other brands like Blackhorse (part of Lloyd's), Welcome Finance, or Halifax. At that moment, it became crystal clear to me that this was just a scam.

Got a few calls from this number over the last three days, not sure who it’s meant to be. Thankfully, my #### blocked them all, wouldn’t stop ringing otherwise!

On the surface, the call seems quite genuine. However, it takes a dubious turn when they begin asking for payment-presumably for some sort of court fees for the solicitors-before they can supposedly transfer any funds into your bank account. Quite cheeky, if you ask me!

Just like the earlier message, but this time it was a "Susan" who reached out. No claims have been initiated... definitely a scam.

They mentioned that I had a refund of £4500 owed to me from PPI, but insisted that I first fork out £360 to access those funds... absolutely false, as I've already recovered all my PPI. It's an utter sham! The person who called himself Steven had a distinctly strong Asian accent!

I was informed that I had a sum of £4500 waiting for me in PPI refunds, but they insisted I had to fork out £360 upfront to receive it... which is utterly false, given that I've already recovered all my PPI. It feels like a complete con! The individual who contacted me went by the name of Steven, yet he spoke with a pronounced Asian accent!
