Got a call from 01394617727, a man with an Asian accent claiming he was from the NHS about my covid booster jab. He mentioned I’d had the AstraZeneca vaccine already and asked if I wanted another one. Then outta nowhere, he started quizzing me about my life insurance! That immediately rang alarm bells because the NHS wouldn’t be asking that kinda stuff. He got a bit more persistent, asking how much I pay monthly and which insurance provider I use. At that point, I just ended the call!

Was pretty certain this was one of those virus scam calls so I answered. But as soon as I did, they just cut the call straight away. This is the fifth different number that's called me in just over a week, each one coming from somewhere else. I'm really fed up with all this nonsense!

I got basically the same spiel as the person before me. They asked if I’d had the covid jabs. I said yes but told them I’m busy and to get to the point. Then they asked if I had a vaccination certificate - I said no, and they said they’d send one out. Next up was life insurance, to which I replied yes. They wanted to know who with, and I just said it’s none of their business. They claimed there was a government discount available, but I just told them to stop bothering me as I had no time for it.
