I've tried ringing this mobile number twice this week, but no one picks up. It's getting rather bothersome, to be honest!

Someone keeps callin my phone but when I pick up, it’s dead silent. It’s so frustrating, I’m saying "hello? hello?" and no reply at all. Normally I don’t even pick up unknown numbers but I was waiting for a really important call today, so I thought I’d give it a go. It really annoys me that they just ring and stay quiet once I answer. I’m a single woman living alone and quite small, so getting these weird calls can honestly be a bit scary.

Got a cold call about PPI compensation. I said I’ve never had a loan or credit card and asked them to remove my number from their list since I’m no use to them. Fingers crossed they don’t ring again.

Got a cold call about PPI, told them straight away I wasn’t interested but they just kept going through their script. Asked them 4 times to remove my info from their list, they just kept reading. On my last ask, they said “no problem” and then hung up. Not really sure what that meant. Proper irritating!
