Best to just block or report this number - it’s fake and tries to trick you into ringing a pricey premium line. I really hope the scumbag behind this can actually rest at night; I know I wouldn’t be able to if I earned cash by causing hassle and worry for folks who are vulnerable.

Last night my husband got a call that said I hadn’t been keeping up with the mortgage payments, which caused a stressful 10 minutes and almost sparked a big argument! I phoned the number back from our landline but no one answered, so I searched online and found similar stories here. It really freaked me out since everything’s been fine with our mortgage. The call showed up as +44 7093091089. Absolutely awful!

Got the same call - these scumbags really should be nabbed and put through the legal wringer.

Just got this message too. I tried texting back to figure out what was going on but no reply after that. Do you reckon my replies might end up costing me extra somehow?

Got a call from these scammers again, same old nonsense. Honestly, they ought to be locked up, I wouldn't mind paying for that, might serve as a warning to others.

Lately I've been having problems with my mortgage but managed to sort out a repayment plan. Then I got messages like everyone else, all about possible repossession - honestly, it terrified me! Can't understand how anyone could be so cruel. Really glad I came across other folks' comments, since my mortgage lender doesn’t open on a Saturday and I was proper stressed out :(

Got the same text, asked my sis to call the number to see if we could find out anything else. Fingers crossed it’s not some sort of scam just trying to get folks to call so they can grab more personal info!

I got the exact same text at 7:18pm on the 4th of November, saying they’d repossess my stuff at 8:30am the next day. Just like others said, I knew I didn’t owe anything, but it was still a bit nerve-racking since I couldn’t find any info about the number when I looked it up last night. Figured I’d add my experience here to help anyone else who gets this message not to panic.

Had the same call, reported it to the police. Such awful folks.

After getting that message saying, "Just to confirm, your property will be repossessed tomorrow, Saturday 5th November 2016 at 08:30am." I honestly wish they did show up - I’d happily give them a good reason not to come back, if you know what I mean. I'm in my seventies and still quite fit, but this sort of stress could easily give an elderly person a stroke or heart attack.
