I said yes, expecting them to say there was an issue, but they had no problem at all and were just trying to take me for a ride. What a load of rubbish! Got loads of calls from some bloke called Josh, says he’s from Homeguard UK about cavity wall insulation. Rings me like 3 or 4 times daily, always using different numbers. Honestly, he’s a bit daft cos he can’t take a hint when I say no or tell him to stop. Wouldn’t mind if they just shut that call centre down, it’s proper as annoying as those funeral insurance scams we had a while ago.

I got a call on June 13, 2019, and all I could hear was some soft hold music playing faintly in the back. Didn’t wanna wait around, so I just ended the call.
