After a pause, a woman from what sounded like a call centre got on and asked for the bloke who had my job before me. They said they were with “holiday care” when they rang my work mobile. I told them to take the number off their list since it’s a business phone, and they said sorry and hung up. This is just one of loads of calls from a 01392 97 1### number, clearly from Exeter, where the previous guy worked. Funny thing is, I’ve never actually heard anyone on the line with an authentic Devon accent!
