This number has popped up on my phone a few times, but when I called back (since it looked like a local number), a recorded message started about "claims for me" or something like that. I just put the phone down straight away. Does anyone know how to block these annoying calls for good?

So i got this annoying call from some company in Slough but they used an Exeter phone number to fool me into answering. It was one of those shady cold calls, totally not allowed. I've tried ringing them back like 50 times and pretty much hang up as soon as someone picks up. If they keep bothering me i’m gonna up my calls and mess with their scam so they can’t keep running their dodgy business.

it’s a ppi caller who keeps ringing me, really annoying. i’m gonna block the number for good.
