I bet they’ve passed your info along to one of those dodgy insurance firms again, hoping to nick a monthly payment from your account. What’s the point? Just to cover something like a water leak, which a proper home insurance policy already sorts out just fine!

I got a call from South West Water, nothing dodgy or like a scam. I’d actually reached out to them about a bill I had, and they were just after some feedback. I guess they might also be nudging people to buy their water leak insurance or something like that.

Seems like it's probably South West Water ringing. I really don’t appreciate getting these calls. Businesses shouldn't hold on to your number once whatever issue you called about is sorted out. This isn’t ‘customer service’ at all - it just feels like a bothersome intrusion and a breach of privacy.
