The bloke was proper rude and kept insulting me, honestly he came across as quite daft.

He never told me his name, just mentioned something about energy grants. I asked him for his name, where he lived, and his phone number. When he asked why, I said, "Well, you have mine." He replied, "I'm the one asking the questions." I told him, "No, you're not. I don't know who you are." Then he just hung up on me.

Proper strange and annoying really.
