Got a call from rd&e to confirm my appointment. Honestly, it was really polite and quick, just a quick call to check in. No need to go on about it like they’re stalking you or anything, it barely took a couple of minutes.

Got a call from the RDE appointment line, making sure you’ll actually show up for your booked slot so they don’t get loads of no-shows wasting their time and cash. If you can’t make it, they can give your spot to another person. Proper sensible system, if you ask me!

I’ve got an appointment at the Rd&e hospital but this can’t be a reminder for it. When I pick up, there’s only silence on the line before it cuts off.
