When the lady started talking, I instantly felt something was off and she might be trying to con me. I just said I was tied up on another call and asked her to ring later. After reading other reviews, it looks like my instincts were spot on, so I've gone ahead and blocked that number now.

Got a call from 01392 719822, this woman saying I was eligible for a free check on my PV system. She mentioned the firm I bought the panels from had shut down. Odd thing is, she already had my name, address and roughly when the system was fitted. Then she started asking my age and how many people lived at my place, followed by how many panels I’ve got. When I asked why she didn’t know that info already, she just hung up. I rang the company that installed the panels and they’re definitely still trading. Seems pretty dodgy if you ask me.
