Had a rather irritating experience with a cold caller. They didn't bother to leave a voicemail, which is rather off-putting, if you ask me. They were adamant about wanting to speak to someone at a high level within the company and then proceeded to apply quite a bit of pressure in an attempt to wrangle their extension. Quite annoying, really!
