Got a call from someone called ‘Matthew’ again, sounding exactly like last time. He was going on about how my loft might be causing issues or something, but he seemed to already know what’s what. He asked if I owned the house and if I had cavity-wall insulation, but if his voice system didn’t catch what I said properly, he just hung up straight away. Bit frustrating!
