I picked up the call and before I could say anything, they just ended it. No clue who was calling or what they wanted!

They called me by my name, saying they’d just seen the warranty on my washing machine had run out and wanted to offer an extension. I told them we don’t have any warranty for it. Then he just hung up. The washer’s over seven years old, so I knew it wasn’t legit. I guess they’d have tried to get my bank info next.
