8 yearsGot a call from Imperial Telecom, a woman on the line said she could cut my phone costs for the next couple of years. She then began bombarding me with loads of questions, and when I asked why she needed all that info, she started sounding a bit irritated. Said it was just part of their usual process. Kinda feels like the same firm tried to ring me yesterday, but from a different number. If you don’t play along with their questions, they get really annoyed. Plus, there’s loads of background noise like it’s coming from some call centre.Imperial Telecom8 yearsThe person calling didn’t speak English very well. He said something about an accident either this year or maybe the one before. But he didn’t gave me any certain details. Then he kept talking about data protection stuff.
