I received a rather peculiar call from 01392573597, supposedly from Exeter, regarding some HSBC life insurance. I was taken aback as I don’t possess any life insurance, so I promptly ended the conversation! What’s quite concerning is that they managed to get my name correct. Quite alarming, I must say!

The call ended abruptly as soon as I picked up.

I've received multiple calls from this number, but every time I pick up, they just end the call immediately.

It’s absolutely essential that we identify and penalise these callers who prey on the elderly. They exploit vulnerable individuals for their own gain, which is simply unacceptable.
