This bloke called me, said his name was Steven Jones and that he was ringing on behalf of some Home Owners Advisory scheme about a free thermal insulation checkup. As soon as I told him I wasn’t interested, he just hung up straight away.

I got a call from someone saying they were with a thermal energy firm, saying they needed to cancel a meeting that I wasn’t even booked in for. Felt like they were just testing if my number was live - really dodgy!
