They rang me claiming to be from the broadband or internet tech team... but as my service is fine, I asked who exactly they were and what they wanted. After a bit of going back and forth, they said they were from BT Openreach. I didn’t bother hanging about after that, seemed like a scam or some sales call, neither of which I wanted anything to do with!
