I’m feeling utterly frazzled at the moment, as it appears Emacs has misinterpreted our correspondence and thinks we’ve lodged a complaint with Loydes. Just to clarify, we haven’t filed any complaint against them; we merely responded to some probing inquiries they insisted we complete. It’s baffling, really, how they seem to have misconstrued our answers. The whole situation is quite distressing, and I can’t shake off this overwhelming sense of frustration.

On Tuesday 14th November 2017 at around 4.40pm, my phone rang from the number 01392 458621. I answered but heard nothing, just silence on the other side. I'm pretty sure it was one of those auto dialer systems from a telemarketing company. So, I just hung up straight away.

It appears this number belongs to a PPI claims service. I recommend dropping them a voicemail if necessary, but honestly, their calls are quite bothersome and incessant. I’d suggest blocking this one altogether!

Had some calls from debt collectors earlier, but guess what? I'm off to Cape Verde tonight, so no chance they’ll be seeing that £94,000 I supposedly owe the bank lol.
