Received a call today from someone asking for a name that isn’t mine, a name that’s been shared by numerous pesky telemarketers in the past, all from overseas numbers. You could hear the unmistakable buzz of a call centre behind them. I informed them that no one by that name has ever resided at this address and requested that they refrain from contacting this number in the future. Mind you, we’re on the Telephone Preference Service list!
