I've been getting these dodgy phone calls lately. Clearly some kind of scam attempt!

I received a call from someone purporting to be linked to an insurance firm, indicating that I’d requested a quote back in 2017 and they were merely checking in. What really threw me off was the fact that they knew my name. Quite unsettling, to say the least!

Today, I received a rather dodgy phone call from a bloke attempting to peddle life insurance. Honestly, I have absolutely no interest in that sort of thing! He seemed a bit off, so I took the liberty of doing a bit of digging into his agency, only to discover it's nothing but a scam. Quite alarming, if you ask me!

I gave them a ring, but they didn’t pick up. When I tried to call back, I was directed straight to their voicemail, which seemed to be related to mortgage assistance.

Had a right pest on the line trying to fish for my insurance information. Just tell them to naff off and make sure to block that number straight away!

Received a call regarding life insurance, claiming they had a chat with my wife a year back. The only trouble is, she passed away nearly 9 years ago! Quite bewildering, isn’t it?

A woman purportedly rang me back regarding some life insurance matter related to a colleague. However, when I mentioned that I hadn’t had any discussions about life insurance, she promptly ended the call. Quite peculiar, really!

I've been receiving calls from this number, but every time I pick up, they just disconnect without saying a word. Quite baffling, really!
