someone rang saying they were from insurance and mentioned i’d got a quote in 2017. they said they were just checking back. what worried me was that they already knew my name.

Today, I received a rather dodgy phone call from a bloke attempting to peddle life insurance. Honestly, I have absolutely no interest in that sort of thing! He seemed a bit off, so I took the liberty of doing a bit of digging into his agency, only to discover it's nothing but a scam. Quite alarming, if you ask me!

a lady said she was calling back from a workmate about some life insurance stuff. as soon as I said I hadn’t talked to anyone regarding life insurance, she just cut the call abruptly.
