The callers were quite persuasive, claiming they were part of some government initiative! They mentioned that my property allegedly lacks proper insulation. However, they abruptly ended the conversation once I started questioning their claims. Quite suspicious, if you ask me!

I received a call from a chap claiming to be an energy consultant. He mentioned that our property had appeared on some sort of database, and apparently, our loft insulation is of the softer variety. He asked me about the specifics of what we’ve got installed up there. I promptly informed him that I wasn’t keen on divulging any details regarding our home.
