I received a call regarding roof insulation and, to be honest, she appeared quite sincere at first. However, things took a turn when I mentioned that I wasn't the property owner. That seemed to throw her off completely! Now I'm left feeling quite suspicious and believe they might be up to no good. I've since blocked the number and made sure to report the incident!

The loft insulation appeared to be satisfactory, yet there was an unsettling feeling lingering in my mind. I'm quite relieved I decided to investigate further. I was informed that I'd receive a call back within the hour, but it never materialised. Perhaps it was due to my remark about the fact that you can’t actually stand upright in my attic!

When I chimed in, pretending our loft was filled with dead babies, the robotic voice just rolled with it, completely unfazed. It went straight on to the next part of its spiel as if nothing was amiss! Quite entertaining, really!
