I got a call on my mobile from a woman with a thick foreign accent. She asked if she was speaking to me and said she was looking into unpaid debts. I told her I had no debts, credit cards, or loans. Then she asked about any old debts from before. I explained that if anything like that existed it would’ve been under my late husband’s name because he’s passed away. She just said “oh right, thanks” and hung up.

Got a call earlier from someone who said they were from credit investigation services - an organisation I’ve never even heard of before. They kept going on like they had my details and profile, but it just sounded like a noisy office in the background. I ended the call quickly and then blocked the number. Definitely felt dodgy to me.
