From what I gather, this lot operate out of an office they rent in Harben House hotel over in Milton Keynes. They seem to be making scam calls from there.

I don’t think Cosy Lofts are actually from Exeter, which is a bit confusing. The calls seem to come from a company named Home2sense Ltd, and they’re located in Milton Keynes. They keep switching up the phone numbers they ring from, so it’s hard to keep track.

Got a random call again from some dodgy loft insulation lot using a call conference trick. Looks like they're aiming at older folks who might be easy targets. This is the third time they've rung me now.

They’re nowhere near Exeter, actually they operate closer to London. I found out they’re a company named cozy lofts, just ringing folks to scam them and make a quick buck.

Don’t be fooled, they ain’t actually from Exeter, just using a local number for calling around there. It’s some dodgy firm pretending to offer free loft inspections. When they move to a new place, they swap numbers and do the same thing again. THESE LOTS ARE SCAMMERS! They come round, have a look in your loft, then try to pressure you into paying for unnecessary repairs. Best to ignore them altogether. They’re just after money from people who might be easy to trick. Proper nasty stuff.

I got another call from Cosy Loft today. I never answer my landline unless I see the caller is someone I know from my contacts. So usually I wait a bit then use 1471 to check who called. Honestly, I have no clue how they ended up with my number. These lot just keep ringing non stop. Seriously, what kind of job is that? Taking advantage of folks who’ve worked hard all their lives - no shame at all.

This company isn’t genuine at all. They come from Milton Keynes, close to London, and instead of helping, they try to push stuff like spray foam on you after doing what they call a free loft inspection. Totally a rip-off and just a big waste of your time.

For over three weeks now I’ve been getting calls every single day from the same number. Whenever I pick up, no one talks and they just drop the call. It’s really annoying and like harassment at this point.

I got a call today and they actually used my name, but started talking about a place I only rented for a short while more than 10 years ago. The person on the phone was quite courteous, and when I told her about the mix-up, she said she’d fix their info and wouldn’t contact me again (though I’m a bit sceptical!). Really curious where they dug up that info from.

about an hour ago i got a call from someone saying they were from loft insulation p#### wanting to talk to mr cuthbert - problem is he hasn’t lived here in like 5 years and we dont even have a loft in our house! so weird.

After a while I figured out the call was from some company pushing unnecessary attic foam insulation, saying there was an issue with rockwool or something. A couple years back, a firm like this managed to bamboozle my 88 year old dad into organising a survey. He was really muddled by the whole thing until we stepped in, stopped him from signing anything, and then blocked their number.

I had almost the same thing happen on the 28th of Oct, 2020. Someone phoned me up wanting to do a free loft survey. But since I had my loft felt redone a couple years back, and the insulation topped up with some government help about seven years ago, I wasn’t convinced. Felt like they were just trying to find some made-up problem so they could charge me an arm and a leg. You know the saying, if something feels too good to believe, it usually ain’t. Just watch out for these tricks!

This lady called asking about some loft insulation from a green energy project we supposedly got a few years back, which we definitely never did. She claimed to be with a team of surveyors around the neighbourhood. The day before, my elderly mum got a call from a number ending with 092, where they asked loads of questions, but she refused to continue and ended the call. It all felt really dodgy to me, I reckon it’s a scam even though she insisted it wasn’t. Watch out for these kinds of calls!

So, this morning I had a ring from a lady called Alice who said she was with Cozy Lofts. She wanted to ask about what insulation I’ve got in my loft as there were some concerns reported nearby. They sent a surveyor over since they were local today, and luckily everything checked out fine with my place!
