I'm really quite fed up with this number continually ringing and just leaving me in silence. It's becoming rather tiresome, to say the least!

Today, on the 10th of February 2021, my landline rang at approximately 12:50 GMT from the number 01392-303092. They didn't bother to leave a voicemail, which I found quite odd. This isn't the first time this number has tried to get in touch either, as it also called me on the 10th of December 2020 around 10:25. Feels rather dodgy, if you ask me.

There was no message left, so I didn’t bother to return the call.

I’ve just had a rather peculiar phone call regarding loft installation at a property I've never set foot in. It’s left me rather anxious, as I can’t shake the feeling that someone might be misusing my information.

It's quite peculiar that I only received a single call throughout December. It makes me wonder if others might be employing numbers that are commonly associated with scammers.

This outfit isn’t on the up and up. They’re located in Milton Keynes, just outside of London, and they’re looking to peddle items like spray foam insulation following a so-called free loft inspection. It’s an utter swindle and a pointless use of your time!

Charming attic flats, perhaps?

When you pick up and there's just silence, it’s pretty much a dead giveaway that it’s an autodialler at play. I tend to hang up pretty swiftly when I'm fairly certain it’s a scam – about 99% of the time, it is. It’s always those sketchy types that seem to ring, especially if you’ve signed up with the TPS (to be honest, I reckon it might as well stand for 'paper tigers'!).

I received an unexpected phone call, it felt rather pointless and could potentially be a bit dodgy.

The other day, a lady rang me up inquiring about my loft insulation, mentioning they wanted to come round to carry out some checks. I was initially a bit doubtful, but then again, a complimentary assessment is still a complimentary assessment, right? To my astonishment, everything turned out to be perfectly fine!

My phone just conked out on me.

The woman on the other end mentioned a business named Cozy Loft, but I seriously doubt its credibility. I would suggest terminating the call immediately.

Trying to dig up some personal details

A lady claimed to be representing a surveying company investigating issues with poorly installed loft insulation that was leading to damp problems from firms that are no longer in business. She then proceeded to inquire about personal details, which I felt uncomfortable sharing. I opted not to respond and have reported the number to the telephone preference service.

Beware of con artists posing as loft insulation installers!

I had a phone call from a woman named Megan who said she was part of some estate agents' team. I cut her off midway, stating that I wasn't interested, and promptly hung up the phone.

I'm curious about loft insulation and can't help but wonder how these folks manage to rest easy at night knowing what they do. What's the situation like in the area and all that? Just trying to get a clearer picture here.

A rather talkative young lady came by, insisting she needed to check some questionable insulation. She seemed in quite a rush to drop by! Given that we're in the shielding category, we didn't feel comfortable with her persistence in trying to get someone to come over. It all feels a bit off to me, almost like a scam.

Got a couple of calls from this number today. The first time, they just disconnected as soon as I asked who they were. Then the second time, they hung up the moment I picked up. Absolute waste of time, really!

I lit up an explosive gadget just as I picked up the line, so the poor soul on the other end is likely struggling to hear anything now. I've also made sure to zap the number using my call blocker.

I received two calls from this number today, and both times I picked up, the line just went silent. It's quite strange, isn’t it? Perhaps they’re trying to catch someone who might be more easily tricked into engaging.

I've been receiving daily calls for the past week, but as soon as I pick up, the line goes silent.

I wanted to have a look at my loft insulation, but it felt a bit off when they said they might come by this afternoon or even tomorrow.

I received a call from someone with an Australian accent who was asking about loft insulation. When I mentioned that I had already sorted it out via a local council initiative, he claimed that was exactly why he was ringing and insisted they had to confirm it met their standards. It stank of a scam, to be honest!

I picked up the call, but then all I got was silence!

What a nuisance! My phone just cut out on me. Is this yet another scam, I wonder?
