Got a call from an Asian guy working in some busy call centre, said he was with BT Openreach. Claimed there were problems with my router and wanted to boost my broadband speed. Thing is, I'm not actually with BT - even though my internet is through them indirectly. Seems odd BT would call up people who aren’t their direct customers. He never asked for any payment or personal details, but honestly I didn’t hang around to find out. I just told him to refund me, which obviously didn’t go down well with him!

Got a call earlier from someone saying they're with BT Openreach, sounded like it was coming from some noisy call centre overseas. This is the second time they've called me today - getting really irritating now.
