They mentioned providing a complimentary survey for loft insulation. However, I simply cannot track them down on Google Maps or find any relevant searches for loft insulation companies in our area. Initially, I received a call from 'Lauren,' who insisted they were situated in Exeter, and I decided to terminate that chat. To my surprise, they rang back almost immediately. 'Lauren' then transferred me to 'her manager'-you guessed it, 'Christopher'. This whole affair has raised my eyebrows. They are now eager for someone named 'Stacey' to reach out later for scheduling a surveyor visit. It all sounded very plausible, yet I remain sceptical about receiving another call. When I tried to ring them back, a recorded message stated that this was LCC and that my call was of utmost importance to them, promising to connect me to an agent.
