They tried calling me to fix a problem I had, but since I missed the call, they ended up emailing me instead. Eventually, everything got sorted out.

So they called me up completely clueless about who I was or which company I was meant to be with. They claimed they were checking in on an enquiry I supposedly made - which I never did. When I began telling them to take my number off their calling list since I'm registered with the Telephone Preference Service, they just hung up on me. Properly annoying cold call this was, especially given it's from a firm that usually has a good reputation! Frustrating stuff.
