total scam this. i got a call from someone claiming to be with bt but it was some recorded voice. they told me to hit 1 to talk to an ‘engineer’ and said my ip’s been hacked or copied or something. they wanted me to let them into my computer which felt dodgy as hell. just ended the call and blocked the number. definitely don’t trust these. scam alert!
