Got a call from a guy with a thick Indian accent who spoke really broken English. He said he was from Visa and needed to check my recent card transactions to verify my account. Seemed like he was reading from a script because whenever I asked weird questions, he stuck to the same lines and couldn’t answer properly. When I told him outright I knew he was trying to scam me, he just hung up on me.

Got a call from someone saying they're with TalkTalk broadband and that my service would be cut off today. They asked me to hit 1 on the phone keypad to stay connected. Seemed a bit fishy to me.
