Got a call from a woman with a heavy foreign accent saying she was from BT. I used to work at BT so I instantly knew it was dodgy. Didn’t even let her finish before telling her off and telling her to get lost. Not messing about with those calls!

I had a rather peculiar call from a young lady, presumably from abroad, who was insisting that I was eligible for some sort of exclusive discount on my BT bills. The funny thing is, I've never even been a customer of theirs! While she did manage to get my name and postcode right, her details about my address were all over the place. Just as I sensed she was gearing up to request my bank details, I decided it was best to end the conversation. Quite dodgy, if you ask me!

I got a call from a woman with a foreign accent who said I might get a discount on my phone bills from BT. Thing is, I don't even have BT as my provider. She had some address details wrong, but the postcode was right. Just as I was about to find out more, I got the feeling she was gonna ask for my bank details, so I ended the call.
