Sounds like it was one of those fake calls using a kind of robot voice, claiming to be from BT tech support. They said my internet would be disconnected in a day because my IP had been hacked. They tried to get me to push buttons on the phone, but having a recording wouldn’t really prove anything since it was probably just a computer-generated voice.
