I got a call from someone saying they’re from a market research group called "Supreme Consumers," but it’s all fake. The number they showed was spoofed and the people on the other end were definitely scammers. Stay well clear of these kinds of calls.

I picked up and they immediately wanted to speak to my partner. I asked who was on the line and then they just ended the call.

I was completing what looked like a genuine form and because I’ve never paid for this sort of thing before, something didn’t feel right so I halted the process. Then I got persistent emails from someone claiming to be the DVLA. When I called the number back, a woman with a strong Indian accent answered and, after asking her a few questions, she admitted they weren’t connected to the government department I needed at all. I wasn’t pleased and made that clear. I just wonder how much the call ended up costing me? BEWARE OF THESE LOT, THEY’RE TOTALLY UNTRUSTWORTHY!!
