I got a call from an Asian lady who was going on about some TV maintenance bundle that apparently costs too much. I tried to explain that my telly’s pretty ancient and I don’t actually have any kind of cover for it. She didn’t seem to listen and carried on anyway. Eventually, I told her I was starting to get annoyed because they keep ringing me up all the time, and then she just cut me off. Quite frustrating, really.

Got a call from someone claiming I was overpaying for my TV service and that they could lower my bills. Thing is, I don't even have any maintenance plan with them, so it definitely felt like a scam. I just said thanks and hung up straight away.
