Earlier today, I received a cheeky call from a bloke boasting an Indian accent who was adamant he was a BT technician. He went on about how my broadband was supposedly at risk and insisted that he could sort it out, but only if I granted him complete access to my computer! Honestly, it was such a ridiculous ploy, I couldn't help but chuckle. Clearly, just another scammer trying their luck!

Got a call from someone with an Indian accent claiming to be from BT. They mentioned something about an issue with my broadband or router. After a bit of chatting, the bloke just ended the call. Pretty sure it was just another scam.

I got a call claiming they were from Sky broadband, but something felt off about it. They kept pushing me to give my details, seemed a bit dodgy if you ask me. Guess it’s best to be careful with calls like this.
