Got a call supposedly from BT Openreach, but the background was ridiculously loud. The lady on the phone had a really thick Indian accent, made it hard to catch what she was saying. When I started pressing her to get straight to the point, she just ended the call. I think I was just wasting their time on purpose.

i got a call from some bloke pretending to be from BT saying there was issues with my internet. he started asking me about what gadgets i use and thats when i cut him off, told him id call BT myself. the guy, who spoke with an indian accent, tried to say he was already ringing me but i just said thanks and hung up. the funny thing is, i dont even have BT as my provider!

This morning i got loads of calls from different numbers, all unknown to me. One of them said they were from BT, but there was loads of background noise and the person’s english was really poor. Feels like it’s prob all coming from the same scam source.

Got a call from one of those call centre numbers, but as soon as I picked up, the person on the other end just hung up straight away. Bit annoying, really.

Received a phone call from someone claiming there were issues with our router, but the truth is, there’s absolutely nothing wrong on our end. They then abruptly disconnected. Quite odd, isn’t it?
