Got a pre-recorded call from a woman with an American accent saying BT was about to cut off my internet unless I chose option 1 or 2 for my BT landline. I didn’t press anything but left it running, then some bloke with an American voice came on, saying it’d automatically put me through to the right department to check my info. Yeah, right! Total scam alert, definitely dodgy.
