Got a call from a lady with a foreign accent telling me my internet service would be cut off within a day. She said to press 2 or 3 to reach TalkTalk support and sort it out. Seemed fishy to me.

Got a call from someone with an Indian accent who spoke really broken English, claiming he was from Visa. Said he had to check my recent transactions and card info to make sure my account was legit. He stuck so closely to a script, wouldn’t answer any weird questions I threw at him. When I told him outright that he was trying to scam me, he just hung up on me.

For the last couple of weeks, I've been getting calls nearly every two hours, mostly every day, from a recorded number claiming TalkTalk will disconnect my internet today. It's really frustrating!
