Got a call from someone saying they were from the BT main office, telling me someone had tried to hack my internet. The voice really sounded like it was from one of those Indian call centres. They wanted me to open up my computer using TeamViewer so they could 'help'. When I asked a few questions, they just ended the call. After a quick Google, I found out this is a well-known scam and definitely needs reporting.
