Got a call this evening from a woman with a scouse accent mentioning i'd been in an accident. When i told her i havent had an accident in like 40 years, she just said sorry and ended the call.

I had an unfortunate encounter with a local fraudster hailing from Shildon, County Durham. This character was ringing up various residents and launching into their scripted opener, "Hello, I'm calling regarding the accident you experienced a couple of years ago..." The absurdity is that no one in our household has had any sort of mishap in the past decade! Clearly, it’s a ploy to prompt individuals into dredging up memories of any past incidents, all so this con artist can concoct a fabricated claim. It’s just some chap calling from his living room, not affiliated with any credible firm. I find it rather amusing to deal with numpties like this... "Knock knock! I know where YOU reside, Mr Scammer!" A friendly tip for these tricksters: don't try to pull a fast one on people from just a few streets away, especially when they possess the tech savvy to turn the tables and figure out where you hang your hat!

I received a rather suspicious call from some chancer in Shildon, County Durham, attempting to spin his yarn about an accident I supposedly had two years ago. The audacity! No one in my household has faced any kind of mishap in the last decade. It's painfully obvious that he’s just fishing for a reaction, hoping to jog some nonexistent memory so he can concoct a claim. Clearly, this isn’t a legitimate company - just a bloke phoning it in from his cosy living room. I find immense amusement in dismantling these scams. “Oh, hello there! Fancy a visit, Mr Scammer? I know exactly where you dwell!” Here’s a tip, mate: don’t pull a fast one on folks living a few streets over who are savvy enough to trace calls back to your front door! - caller: Unregulated Insurance Trickster
