I’ve just had a rather tedious call from a lady named Holly, who claimed to be part of the ‘Claims Team’. She went on about my entitlement to claim some money back from the bank - so I’m presuming it was one of those PPI calls. Honestly, I found myself drifting off as she rambled about their regulations and compliance. So, in the end, I chose to hang up and promptly blocked the number. Can’t be doing with that sort of nonsense!
