I've been receiving a multitude of calls from this number over the past few days. After noticing other reports about it, I decided it best not to pick up.

Got a call from a Stanhope number and I just flat out ignored and blocked it straight away. I don't know a single soul there, no mates, no family, no work contacts, so there’s no way it was a legit call. Most likely just some telemarketer or scammer trying their luck. Better safe than sorry, right?

Got a call from some woman claiming to be from ‘the insurance firm’ about some ‘accident’ I apparently had. Trouble is, she couldn’t say what company or even which crash she was on about. Call me suspicious, but I reckon this ‘Lisa’ wasn’t really Lisa, and unless Stanhope’s suddenly popped up in central Delhi, I seriously doubt this cheeky scammer was anywhere near there.
