Got a call from an automated voice asking about a car accident I’d been in and when it happened. I decided to play along, and then got passed on to some bloke who said he was the supervisor. He said his company was called ‘Retro Guidance’. I asked for his FCA registration number and he just told me to get lost before hanging up on me!
