Got a call warning me that my internet and BT line were about to be cut off.

I got a robo call telling me my account was gonna be shut down and to press 1 to talk to someone. I suspected it was dodgy but still hit 1. Then the person on the other end tried to grab my bank info. I wasn’t having any of it and when I asked a few questions, the call just cut off.
