I got a call from someone claiming to be from TalkTalk, saying there were issues with my internet and they could fix it. When I told them they weren’t actually TalkTalk and called them out as scammers, they just hung up on me.

Got a call the other day from someone pretending to be my internet company. When I asked who my provider was, he stumbled and started rattling off names like BT and other random firms. Honestly, it was quite amusing. I told him he’d be better off finding a proper job since he clearly wasn’t cut out for this scam stuff.

Had a call today from an Indian call centre, some woman saying she was with ‘online support’. When I asked which firm she was calling on behalf of, she got all dodgy and couldn’t give a straight answer. Said my computer was infected with viruses or something. Lately, I've been getting like 3 or 4 calls a day from all these dodgy numbers with the same area code - definitely feels like a scam.
