I got a call from this number and they asked for me by my name. They said I might be owed money for a car crash that supposedly caused over £500 worth of damage to my car. Thing is, I never had any accident like that. I told them straight away I wasn’t interested, but they rang me back almost immediately and then put me through to some “manager” who talked me into listening for a bit.

Got a call from some random bloke claiming I was owed money for an accident that never happened. I asked what the registration on my car was and he just kept saying he didn’t have much info. I kept pressing, asking what kind of car I supposedly had and its colour, but he couldn’t answer a single thing. When I called it a scam, he tried to give me some number to check. Then he asked why I was asking so many questions. Told him straight up it was a scam and he denied it again. To top it off, when I said I hadn’t had any accidents for over 18 months, he just hung up. Proper funny lol.
