I got a call from a man with a really thick accent, said he was from the UK Financial Department - kept asking him to say it again cos it was hard to catch. He mentioned Langholm, Scotland, but couldn’t tell me what time it was there and seemed clueless about where Scotland actually is, even though I kept bringing it up. He was pretty pushy trying to stick to his spiel, but I had to end the call before it went on forever. Poor bloke, I guess he’s got better ways to make a living than this. Definitely felt like a scam to me.
